• Include the phone number registered with your Mohalla account.
• Our team may contact you to verify the account ownership.
• After verification, your account deletion request will be processed.

When an account deletion request is approved, Mohalla will delete personal data associated with the account, including, where applicable:

• Name and profile information
• Registered phone number and email address
• Account authentication information
• Resident profile information
• Uploaded personal documents or attachments associated with the account
• Other personal information associated with the account

Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate purposes such as legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or audit requirements. Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the period required for that purpose.

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed after account ownership has been verified. We will process requests within a reasonable period and will inform you if additional information is required.
